100-ton fixed crushing line test machine completed, arranged for delivery

This week, a 100-ton fixed crushing line was completed. After multiple commissioning, the machine operation was confirmed with the customer. The customer was very satisfied and arranged for delivery! The 100TPH (output 100 tons/hour) production line fully taps the potential of PE500X750 as a primary jaw crusher. In actual production, by expanding the outlet size, the overall output and production efficiency are greatly improved, while the service life of the machine is extended and the production cost is reduced. Primary jaw crusher is equipped with enhanced jaw plates and has high reduction ratio. Main frame and flywheels use thicker steel plate; We apply cone crusher as the secondary crusher.

Today, there is a good news from Peru, about his 250 ton per hour crushing mobile crushing plant worksite installation in attachment pictures. The project has been going for more than 2 months from his machine received,the 250 ton per hour mobile crushing plant ,we take the 870x1060 Jaw crusher+4.25ft cone crusher+3YK 2160 vibrating screen,the primary jaw crusher with a chassis, the cone crusher and vibrating screen is mounted in a chassis, then connected by several conveyor belts.
