Mountain stone sand making machine
Most construction fields now use machine-made mountain sand, which is sand made from mountain rocks (bluestone, river pebbles, granite, etc.) through professional mechanical crushing, sand making, and screening.
Due to the shortage of river sand resources, the mountain stone sand production line in the sand and gravel aggregate production line was conceived, and the market demand is very large, and the market value of the sand has risen sharply after sand production. Mountain rocks are generally mined from mines, and the blocks are relatively large. It needs to be processed into sand through crushing, sand making, screening and other links.
Mountain stone sand making process
1. Coarse crushing processing: The massive rocks are firstly crushed with a jaw crusher, and the particle size becomes smaller after crushing, about 20-30 cm.
2. Medium and fine crushing: After coarse crushing, the rocks can be directly sent to impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and the particle size after crushing can reach about 5 cm.
3.Sand making: The medium and finely crushed rocks can be completely entered into the sand making machine for processing, and after sand making, they are processed by a vibrating screen.
