Not long ago, a customer in Guatemala wanted a 150/hour fixed crushing production line. The customer wanted to crush quarry stone. The maximum feed material was about 450-500mm, and the discharge requirements were 0-5mm,5-10mm,10-25mm.
According to the customer’s requirements, we provide a 150T per hour fixed crushing production line configuration. For vibrating feeder chooses to use GZT0932,the primary crushing uses jaw crusher PE600x900, the second stage crushing uses 1200CD, and the third stage uses 3YK1860 vibrating screen.
