Reasons for the noise of the sand making machine
1. When the impeller device of the sand making machine is in full contact with the material and the impact time is long, it is easy to cause the connecting bolts to loosen, and the rear of the equipment collides with the materials in the workshop and the equipment itself, resulting in abnormal noise.
2.When materials are sent to the crushing cavity, if there are non-fragile materials, there will be collisions inside the equipment, which will generate a lot of working noise.
In order to ensure the smooth production of the impact sand making machine and prolong the service life of the equipment, when the impact crushing equipment produces a large noise, it should be stopped immediately, tighten the loose bolt parts, replace the dropped and damaged bolts, and check whether there is any abnormality. Broken items fall into the impact chamber. Clean the crushing chamber after use and perform maintenance after each use of the impact sand making machine.
